Meet Scott Alexander

Scott Alexander is a devoted husband, father, small-business owner, and community leader who believes in the promise of our Hoosier way of life.
Raised in eastern Indiana, Scott attended Delta High School and studied at Vincennes University and Ball State University. In 1985, he launched Alexander & Company Real Estate Appraisers — a locally owned firm that still serves families, farms, and businesses across the region.
In 2022, Scott was elected to represent District 26 in the Indiana State Senate, bringing a business mindset and community-first values to public service.
He believes government should be responsive, that jobs and opportunity should be grown here at home, and that our communities deserve safe roads, dependable schools, and a strong future.
Scott and his wife, Valerie, live in Delaware County and are the proud parents of two children.
